Are You Accepting New Clients?

Yes! I am currently accepting new clients. 

Where do we meet?

I am seeing clients in person in my Sacramento office. I also offer telehealth services throughout the state of California at this time. I utilize a HIPAA compliant secure telehealth platform for our sessions.

How often do we meet and how long will I be in therapy

Weekly sessions are generally beneficial for the first 4-6 weeks as we establish our relationship and define your goals for therapy. Once we have a foundation set we can adjust the frequency of sessions. Length of treatment varies by person and is often determined by your unique life circumstances, and what your goals are. After we finish our work together, I am always available to clients for a check in or “tune up” session if needed.

How long are sessions?

Sessions are typically 50 -55 minutes long. Some of my clients prefer or benefit from longer sessions, which can be arranged on an individual basis.

What is your cancelation policy?

I require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee.

Are our sessions completely confidential?

Everything we talk about is completely confidential, with three exceptions. I am legally bound to break confidentiality if:

  1. You are a danger to yourself or others

  2. There is suspicion of child or elder abuse

  3. In the event of a court subpoena

How can I verify your license?

I am a licensed through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. My license number is LCSW 76970. You can search my name or license number to review my status at www.breeze.ca.gov
